Background & Overview
Balanced Legal Solutions is a legal technology and practice management company.  Balanced Legal Solutions was started with the concept that there should be a balance between the practice of law and practice management.  It is often said that the study of law is more enjoyable than the practice of law.  This becomes true in those offices where the strain of not only serving clients, but running and maintaining a business collide.  However with the right technology and functional procedures in place, practicing law can return to its original forethought.    

With many years of legal experience, Balanced Legal Solutions not only provides you with the best in legal technology solutions, but unique ways of making your practice more efficient and of course, balanced.  We specialize in focusing on your firm’s practices, protocols and procedures.  Then we add technology which in turn creates a balanced and productive law firm.

Our President
Katrina Hubbard began her career as a Paralegal, with a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Paralegal Studies.  After many years working in law firms, she discovered an ever growing need for a balance between providing legal services to clients and maintaining firm morale.  After being assigned the role of creating this balance, she realized that technology was needed.  What became the biggest challenge of this role was implementing the correct technology.  Therein lied Balanced Legal Solutions.  Katrina is one of few in the country who is personally certified to consult for some of the largest legal technology providers, including LexisNexis, Gavel & Gown, Inc., Software Technology, Inc., and World Software Corp.  Katrina specializes in recognizing a law firm's problem areas and solving them with the right technology solutions.  She is also a practice management consultant, developing and deploying programs within firms that address all areas of a law practice.  Read Her Blog!
